Looking for an A3

Looking for an A3 upper for the AR. After many years I'm thinking of removing the A1 upper and putting on a more scope friendly A3. I don't care for the high scope mount on the A1.
Looking for black to match Eagle lower
Anyone know of any good deals?

I would like to like to get a bare upper as a full one can get pricey. Not sure what i'll do with the A1 until i would find a replacement, but selling it would be an option to offset the cost of the new one.

Looking for black to match Eagle lower

I've had good luck with Duracoat (brownells sells it), but I know a few people who have just used krylon flat black spray paint. The krylon seems to hold up pretty good.
