    lights still flicker

    new battery in it 3 weeks ago...and now a new alternator....and the lights still are flickering....POS...............what else should i check.....any ideas.....

    we thought of that....but where ...is the problem....pisses me off going down the road at night and the flicker.....all lights...not just the head lights.....dash...rear....dome....all of them.....

    If they are all controlled by the same "pull out" switch/rheostat, I'd start there. Could be a short in that switch if it's affecting all of them. Good luck... wiring Gremlins suck!

    What if you just run your car in Park sitting still... does it do it then? If not, then you likely have a short or a ground strap making poor contact.

    sitting still in park.....flickers a little...give the car a little gas in park...they flicker like mad....the switch is the turn style on the dash......

    this is driving me batty...want it fixed before i sell the car so the next owner don't bug me about it....
