Things that you will not get back:
Post counts. (well, this can be changed by mods, but don't hold your breath).
Avatars. (gone unless you re-upload them)
Sig pics. (gone unless you re-upload them)

The only way your (current as of) December 11th avatars/sig pics remained, is if you had linked to them.
Otherwise the uploaded ones rolled back to what was stored in August
or
They rolled back to whatever link you had in August to the images. If you hadn't changed your link since August... it's still current
