I have been on other forums that allow vested members to rate one another based on their contribution and so forth.Vested members can also rate new members if they believe they are contributing and so on. IT is a way of self policing ourselves with post whoring and the frivalous posts and so on.
it seems to help admin review trolls and trouble makers more easily as the members will either not vote for them or rate them poorly. Just food for thought if the board goes through updates in the future.
