If you "turned down the boost to 24psi" what did you dyno it at? and do you plan on running your car later this year at that amout of boost?.

What is your "new" setup anyways? PM me if you don't want everyone to know. that is if your willing to tell your setup.

    I dyno'd at 35psi.

I took a couple hundred pounds out of the car, put lighter rims and slicks on it, and tuned the crap out of it. That is the "new" setup. Along with solid motor mounts, another rebuilt tranny, coilovers, different brakes.

Other than that, it is still the same ole car.

Just need to finish the cage, install the kirkey seats, harnesses, window net, etc.

this was pretty fun to go watch. I got there like 30-45 minutes before it ended so that kinda sucked but we got in for 5 bucks.

Thanks guys!! I appreciate the congratulations, and hopefully next time out it will be a faster run. I do need to pull the tranny and replace a 3rd gear synchro, and inspect the front axles -- I might have damaged the CV cups.

There were alot of really nice runs on Sunday, including a Quick 8 Class win for Ed Horman (black 1995 eagle talon) with 2nd place for Prescott in the Underdog!

Ivan had the 240 running 9.4-9.5's @ 151-153mph pulling the 'chute.

    Geronimo was running 8.9's!!

Bee was there racing, while Mike Reichen (evo 1), Ray Castro (GVR4), Yusef Begic (evo 1) were hanging out and doing some fun passes.
