I don't have any sites on it, but there is quite a bit that would need to be changed over... And it wouldn't pass emissions since there isn't an ODB2 302. (That I know of)
    Thanks,

what about 1996-2001 Ford 5.0L Exploders, they are even coil pack ignition, and have a GT-40 style intake (except for the 90 degree bend in the intake tract), and gt-40 heads from 1996-1997 1/4, and GT-40P heads from 1997 1/4 - 2001

It would be easier and more cost effective to swap in a 5.4l triton motor. To switch to a 347 would require a new k-member, harness, and computer. Not worth it. A 5.4l however just bolts in, uses the factory harness and all. If you don't run intake adaptor plates you would need a cowl hod (4") though.

You would be correct. Honestly though with a 00 and up swaping in a 5.4 MOD motor is way easier than converting back to a Pushrod motor, unless he goes carb, but then you might as well go BBF if he does that.

Thanks im going to tell him about this 5.4.. But the sole reason for the 347 is his buddy wants to sell him a built one for really cheap. But ill have him look into this 5.4 swap. But regardless does anyone have more detailed info on the 347 swap???

You would need a k-member from a 94/95 car, If you are going EFI then the harness from either a 94/95 as well, If going carb then it would just be a crap load of cutting up the existing harness to remove what you don't need. He would need a new trans, the 3650 won't bolt up to a 302 based motor (from what I have been told), and not sure if the trans crossover and drive shaft would work either. I believe if he goes with a t5 trans the crossover from a 94/95 car would would work. One more thing, the 01 has a electonic speedo, not sure how you would get a t5 to work with it.

A t-56 would bolt right to a modular, they also make bellhousings for windor based motors
