In the rear shots of the Nova, what is that |__| thing that's hanging down by the driver side exhaust pipe?
That's always made me wonder.

the only thing i see is the leaf shackle....they did that back then...why i do not know when you could of had the springs re arched, but that way was cheaper to do...just didn't look right...hell you still see it today..... that's all i see back there..............you might be seeing something else though
