    You asked here we go, short story its a Hybrid and the long story:

    88-94 vintage 2.5 Dodge block originaly 8v for a FWD, custom pistons to
    clear the 96-present 2.4 DOHC 16v Daimler head...that was never designed
    to mate to it, external oil feeds/returns. Thats all bolted to a never produced
    RWD Chrysler 904 three speed auto that has the 8v four popper bolt pattern,
    that feeds a Ford 8.8 rear narrowed to fit a little Toyota Starlet....controlled buy a Canadian built stand alone electronics (SDS). Its a mutt!

    SDS was $400 used from a buddy, had my sites that system even
    before for ease of use.

    Starlets were imported from 78-84. #1800 dripping wet with AC!

    where did you end up finding a starlet? seems they are pretty rare the only ones i see anymore are all setup for drag already. always liked them little cars

    Actualy a lot has changed, unplanned revamp of the header
    due to my poor measurment for starter clearance. There is
    a lot more tin in then when you last saw it as well. Its on
    a roll now, stop by the next warm night and I'll show ya
    some new stuff We'll have to have another meeting here
    when it warms up....ok well drink beer is what I meant.
