Never had a good tune in the car to find out. Thanks to some deer the car is no longer around(but the motor is). I think the car trapped like 103-105 only and was like 13.7 best. I cant find the slips but thats what i remember. The car never 60ft better than 2.2s either i know that. Only took it down there like 2 times.

Had long tubes/LE2 heads/hot cam kit/spec/street tires SHITTTTTY TUNE.

thats basically where i was going with my question.
i think there are alot of big cam combos out there that are not tuned properly and do not have the corect supporting components and many times a smaller cam is faster at the track. again who cares what the dyno numbers say, that doesnt gake the car get to the finish line first.

For whatever its worth, i was able to get my car with iron heads and stock cam to trap 100 MPH,and that was a "raceweight" of only 4250lbs...

when i did the heads/cam swap it was worth 6-7 mph with very little tuning, and could have likely been more if i would have invested the time into the n/a tune.....but who races n/a anyways.

When I ran my 2 passes last year had a 60' of 2.2 & trapped at 108- with the car not healthy. Granted the car is not set up for the Qtr mile and before last year, it's been 3 years since it ran at GLD.

don't go with the 306, your car will be a dog w/ that huge cam w/out mods.

besides if you get it, i'll never race you, it's a way bigger cam than whats in my car.
Well, at the very least, I have an interesting back story.
