    What should I do?

Got some $$ to play with.

    I know for a fact I'm getting some 17/9.5/11's

    But now the other choice:

Pulley, Long tubes, ORY, and Tune?

    OR

Drop Springs, LCA Relocation Brackets, and SA Koni's?

Suspension first & you'll want/need the Adj PHR with the drop & wider tires in back
    100-0 faster than your 0-60

NO! on the fagnacharger. Get a real kit like a Procharger or a Vortec. Something that doesnt turn into a huge heatsink and put you back at the power you made stock.

Heetseaker is right, suspension first. No reason to buy all kinds of go-fast goodies if you can't get it to the ground!!
