Spending a lot of money doesn't mean you will go fast. I spent a lot of money and my car doesn't even move. It all just depends were you spend the money. In my case I put it into the wrong parts of the car and that is why it is slow.

ok...with my mods i "could" be in the 12's with a gutted car and a decent driver..realisticly low 13's..unless i get the things ive got lined up then it will be 12's no problem

you could just cheat..you could always let off the gas..Or you could custom fab a Slowness switch that cuts 50% power to the engine haha
