i went on their web page and i guess they still have the old IHRA rules posted.. at least i did not see any new rules. but where would i find the NHRA rules so i would know if i can pass TECH....

NHRA rules won't be in effect till 2007 season.

Your best bet would be to pick up a 2007 NHRA rulebook when they become available. Otherwise, you can check this out, http://members.tripod.com/MY5LTR/NHRArules.html but I'm not sure how current this is.
