Basically its the same as a LT1 with slightly better heads, intake manifold, crane gold rockers, tiny bit bigger cam and factory 4 bolt mains. Not a worthwhile swap by any means. The lt4 block is a ok way to build a somewhat stronger engine and not have to machine for 4 bolts. I would also much rather do LE but there is more potential in TFS or AFR heads and a big cam and a stock LT1 block. The lt4 intake has been pulled by GM so they are now starting to be worth big bucks...glad I got mine earlier.
