Hold on a second here dudes... We seem to have a conflict of information. Ray Drew, track manager/owner, told me this morning that we are NOT having any event this Thursday, there is no insurance for that. Perhaps Brian has worked something out with Randy, but for now, Rays says NO. "Do not post on our track website that we are open Thursday"
If this changes or is inaccurate, then look for an update from Brian...

UPDATE! Randy says YES. We have secured insurance for this event. Please note: Gates open at 2:00PM, racing from 3 to 8. You read that right- we CLOSE at 8 PM.

We will be open every Thursday with these same hours from 2-8 PM.

Sorry for any confusion, this was just set 5 minutes ago!

Just 1 Question...Why are you closing at 8? That personally seems kind of dumb. Any explanation?

There was a good explanation in another thread and it is due to the track getting wet and damp at night time and the traction going away.
