My girlfriends 16 year old sister is lookin to spend around $3500 on a decent car. High miles are ok, but obviously a 16 year old girl doesn't want a 89 crx hatch or anything "gross".
I'd rather have her buy something from a private party for that price, just so she can get her money's worth and not have a stealership make a profit on it.
