    Tonight's evil sky

    Got lucky on this one:

    What's the best way to shoot the sky anyway? I didn't use a flash, used the nighttime setting.
    Using - Canon S2 IS.

    x2 My cloud pics are in the genral section. I used the same settings on My kodak Easyshare Z740

    I know this camera can take good pics...
    ...It just learning how to use it and what setting to use. (images below are even resized from the originals)

    i guess practice makes perfect.

    Yea I need to read the manual another 10 times, but other than that it takes very decent pix for only 5mp thanks to the larger lens.

    did you get a different lense? or still the stock one? im getting very decent pics also. but sometimes I come to the conclusion that this camera just confuses the **** out of me too. I have read the manual like 4 times, and I stilll dont know how to use the camera that well. haha. I want to the S3 IS
