If you are gonna run sticky tires, you will need a drveshaft loop. You will also need a helmet. Other than that, you are a ways away from needing a roll bar or fire suit.

IIRC driveshaft loops are required for slicks. Anything faster then 11.49 requires roll bar, driveshaft loop, and some other things I believe. Otherwise for 11.49 to something in the 13's is only a helmet and long pants.
You could try doing a search for IHRA safety rules, I know some other dragstrips list them on the web.

    Here

Elapsed Time (ET) of 13.50 seconds or slower

Snell 95 (or newer) helmet mandatory for entries running 13.99 or faster. - Recommended for entries running 14.00 or slower.
    Full hood
Drive shaft loop if equipped with slicks
    Battery hold-down
    Radiator overflow can
    Seat belts
Neutral safety switch mandatory for all vehicles with an automatic transmission. If a manual transmission vehicle was originally provided by the manufacturer with a clutch interlock switch it must remain operational.
Check current IHRA Rule Book for additional requirements and specifications.
    Elapsed Time (ET) of 11.50 - 13.49
