A bunch of us were there most of the day and didn't see Jake's talon run at all. I did hear he ran a 10.xx before we got there. He did come to the line when we were there, but got pointed off the track just before the lights. What happened Jake? Originally Posted by Lash

Best of the day was a 10.1@144. I probably could have turned down the power and run better. The car is making an additional 140ish horse more than it did on opening day and I was having a hard time driving it. Bad launches, 2.5+ tenths inbetween every shift. My driving skills need to catch up to the car big time.
To give you an idea: I lost 2mph in the 1/8th and gained almost 4mph in the 1/4 from the 9.9 pass.
More seat time, less distraction, and leaving the thing alone so that I can get used to the power it has now before I go and up it again. Thats what I need.
