I see alot of F bodies like that, its something to do with the little lip that sticks down that the bottom of the fender attaches to. So when ever it got put on a lift, someone wasnt careful and caught that lip with the arm of the lift and bent it pushing the fender out. Lowered cars and lazy people working on it causes that result.

^^ yup mines the same way been like that since i bought it. on mine i just gotta take off the side skirt and remove the bolts or screws that hold the fender in under the car and push it back to were it suposed to be and put it back together.. just been to lazy to do it.
