Good lord that thing is beautiful.
Out of curiosity... what's the ballpark it's going to take to wrestle that away from you guys?
I would have to say why not put more pictures on Ebay of the car such as engine compartment and interior. That will piss some people off for sure.

What a car, holy smokes. I will have to come over and take a look at that shop one of these days. It is only on the other side of town. Maybe if i win Powerball, i could actually shop there.
The chevelle forum I go on people always made comments when people put LS6 verts on ebay for big $$ and don't put a lot of detailed pics on it. I just read comments that they would never bid on a car of that value without a ton of pics.

I wouldn't buy a car of that value off Ebay...but then again, I will never have the cash to buy a car of that value off of Ebay so problem solved!

Aloha, how much does it cost to do a complete resto to an E-Body much like the Cuda you have on eBay. Assuming one showed up with a very complete low mile numbers matching e-body. Ballpark numbers...
KHAN! The reason Scott asks is because SOMEONE AKA ME has been lamenting for the past few years the skyrocketing Mopar prices... Guess who probably just a short 5-7 years ago or so sold a 70 Challenger, Sublime, 440 six pak, pistol grip emi 4 speed, 3:54 Dana, all matching numbers, all original sheet metal probably could have been saved with only a center trunk pan. Ran and drove, and in fact I had it parked outside...lent it to Scott to daily drive when his car was broken down for a week or something...let another friend Jeff drag it at Mopar Days at Union Grove while I drove my Stealth or something...Needed a resoration, interior had been mousified but basically a totally complete untampered with car.
Purchase price was $12,000, selling price - $15,000 at that time...
Oh how the times have changed and how many nights I've spent tossing and turning thinking of how I could have spent $20K restoring it (and thats if I paid to have most everything done) and had $30-35K into a car worth 6 figures or close to it now...
Don't even ask me about all the cars I had in high school and college - 70 6 pak Road Runner, 2 - 69 Superbees - one a lift off hood 6 pak M code car, a 68 Superbee, 67 Plymouth Fury 440 Police Interceptor, 70 GTX 440, several Cudas, a bunch more all of them bought or sold for prices in the HUNDREDS of dollars range. I think I paid $2000 for the GTX and that was a TON of cash back in like 1992 or so.

You need to scan some pictures Jim and post up. Yeah your Challenger was sold in late 2000.
I woke up with perma-grin every morning that week. I was parking it in downtown Milwaukee at night even, yikes.lent it to Scott to daily drive when his car was broken down for a week or something

100-150K for a full resto. and we are incredibly over booked. I think we have like 15 full restorations going on right now....its nuts. As well as a couple TV shows in the works...guess word is starting to travel. Doing at least one SEMA car that will blow anyone away. Lets just say for now completely custom shaved cuda meets 6.4L Supercharged Hemi......shhhhh!!!!
440-6 Challenger would sell for around 150-175 if done well.
We sold our 440-6 '70 RR Covert for $250,000 at Barrett a couple years back.
PS When I say full Resto. Our Restorations can leave the shop goto Nationals and win OEM Gold Class and eventually senior class. And we have done that several times. As well as been in every magazine you can think of.
just wish I could afford one of these cars haha!
I wish I could afford you guys to restore my car lol.
