Ever seen axles this bad?

here are some pix of my axle shafts....i recently replaced them with a set of used ones off a 94 blazer...i got a whole rearend from a guy off s10planet for $75 plus the drigve to crystal lake, il. the groove is where the bearing was riding....it's just short of 1/4 in deep on the driver's side and prolly 1/16 on the passenger......kinda cool huh?

my g/f has our good camera kodak v740 and those i took with my $35 ebay toshiba 1.3mp....i still need to play with it and get the settings right

oh and for the record i put an axle saver kit on the driver side after i first replaced the seal when the leaking began....the saver kit usually "saves" the axle...well not for me...it just slowed the leaking down till i replaced them....and my trucks response is awesome now since the axle doesn't have a half inch of play in it....nice soild connection...lol
