$230 is difficult to justify on mirrors for me, but they definitely look good. I'm not a member on triumph675.net, I've just been lurking the forum since 2007.
If you don't mind me asking, how much did the integrated turn signal mirrors cost and where did you buy them from? Looks real clean and crisp.
Do you have more pictures of the mirrors with the built in turn signals? I've never seen those for the Daytona and they look pretty slick. Nice Arrow pipe too!
Welcome to the British bike community!
The floor boards on that are sweeeeeeeeeet
+2 for Ronayers.com Great people to deal with, great prices and fast shipping.
For what you're going to be doing with that bike Chris, it's pretty sweet. Did you run it stock at gld first to compare the times vs. when you run it with your stretch & mods ?
I took my Daytona out yesterday for a half hour. I almost didn't want to go back home, but there's still too much salt on the roads for my liking.
Because the instructors at LCMS are mostly if not all CCS/ASRA & AMA racers & ex racers. I've had several friends that have taken the cheaper courses at WCTC, etc. and said that the course was a joke...
I wouldn't waste my money at any of those cheaper rider courses listed above.
If you want to learn from the best, I highly recommend Learning Curves Motorcycle Safety School.
I've taken both the...
I love the blue/white older Suzuki's. What does that year TL put down for power?
Yes I did say "sell". This past week I just found out some not soo good news about my cat from the vet clinic and it's going to be a little expensive to get him better, so first thing to go is my...
I put my gixxer away for winter storage the last week of October. Now it sits on race stands till spring...or if I decide to sell it.
the engine will have a vin stamped into it. have to take off fairings to see tho.
'91 Yamaha FZR 600 in pearl white/red was my 1st bike back in high school.
this the new "street" bike?!?!?!
Yes carb bikes run just fine, but tend to need more tedious maintenance than a fuel injected bike. Trust me I know, I've raced CBR600 F2's/F3's etc. My very 1st bike was actually a '91 Yamaha FZR...
I'd stay away from the old school carburetor bikes. Go with something fuel injected which I believe just started around 2001 in the sport bike scene.
Just a fyi, my '02 Suzuki GSX-R600 is still...
But you don't get the MSF certificate to receive a 20% discount off your motorcycle insurance then. Well worth the piddly $300 for the class in the long run, not to mention the skills learned...
wow thats pretty crazy looking
I know D'Amico is still involved with Learning Curves but not as much as before since his main job takes up most of his time. Just sign up online or try to contact them by phone.
I have completed both my MSF certification for my Wisconsin motorcycle license and my Road Racing license certification for CCS through Learning Curves. Definitely worth every penny!
This is the...
My gixxer is too much of a cream puff to even come out of the garage when its cold out with snow/salt on the ground. The chances of corrosion starting on a bike are pretty good and terrible once it...
After road racing in CCS and knowing what it feels like to hit pavement @ 70mph, I wear my helmet and jacket every time I get on my bike. If i'm going out on a long ride, my race boots and gloves...
