agreed... i found cutaway pics of a wrx and a sti muffler... very different inside! the STI muffler looks like it would flow alot more, and well, it should being on a car with almost an extra 100hp...
like i said... i didnt notice any performance difference except maybe a little bit of turbo lag like 200-400 rpms if you floor it.... it seems a lot snappier and more responsive if your just driving...
at heart im a domestic v8 type of guy... so having a 4 banger thats raspy and or even just having a big ol baby launcher hanging off the back of my car is not accpectable! I put a 3in turbo back...

ya i know i was a little brawd with my questions but i do agree with the stock high compression. thats like one thing ive always wondered... a lt of those kits claim 6-8psi on a stock 12.0...
