A C&R is an FFL. It is a Federal Firearms Licence (FFL) for Collecting Curios & Relics (C&R).

I believe it is form 7CR on the ATF.gov website under "forms". real easy and i recomend it to anyone...

i wish the c&r was good for ak/ar/fal/cetme or g3 type weapons....

most of the million AR-type lowers are forged in a few facilities and machined elsewhere....most should be good
