Im at Concours Motors. I havent seen anything like that with the transmission popping out of gear or the grinding into 3rd either. Mazda transmissions are traditionally kinda notchy in the first 3...

Always full faced helmet, gloves, jeans and work boots. If its 90+ degrees out, I leave the jacket off. The only time I wont ride w/o a helmet is to go grab some lunch during work. Most lunch spots...
