So took the starter off. It tested fine. Next checked connection to battery, probably the first thing I should have checked. Turned out to be a bad connection. Fixed that and the car fired right up.
Thanks for the ideas and help guys. Starter is being taken out tomorrow morning and getting tested.

Only thing that we disconnected we plugged back in. I'll take a look when I get back home to see if there's is something I'm not seeing.
Never had a problem starting before, replaced the seized up AC compressor today and tried to start it after putting the new serp belt back on and it just clicks one time and nothing.... No idea what...
