Of course a scan tool would be the way to go to confirm...
I have replaced many clusters. They all go bad sooner or later.

Those things usually sound like a maraca when they bust!
Hope it didn't break the slave.
I ran into that once with another car. What a pain, definately was a wierd problem too.
No problem Mike :shades
The cylinder is made with parts not really suited for a master cylinder is the primary problem. If you look at the internals for a brake master it has much higher quality seals. The McLeod has one...
The monster's are nice but pricey...
They have some good feedback out there though.
I have been running the McLeod twin disc for 6 years. No problems.
They're real pricey too :wow

I had a McLeod for years. It worked but I found out it was high maintenance.
It would do exactly what yours is doing Mike.
I would have to rebuild it just about every year. But I'd catch it early...
that is no problem getting an instructor. we actually encourage it. We'll have at least 15 on staff.
LOL only one passenger allowed :goof
No helmets. 60-70 is the most speed we'll see on the straits.
Yes it is $80 to run a single session. Instructors may or may not have to ride along. It is their call as to your level of ability. All single session participants will be refered to the head...
