Just do it. My ex-wife thought I was gonna show up to the wedding in a limo then we'd ride in the limo to the reception. FUCK that!!! I showed up in the '74 Nova I used to own and left for the...
Don't quote me on this but I believe they look like the '94-'98 Cobra rims. I think the '94/'95 Cobra rims were plain and the '96-'98 Cobra rims had the black inside the holes.
But once again...
Yeah Ford makes a kit to swap either a 5.0 or a 4.6 into the Focus. It's a really tight fit with the 4-valve motors though.
If I ever total my '94 Mustang GT I'm buying it back from the...
Yeah that is very true. I'm more used to carbs and don't know a whole lot about fuel injectors.
Glad you got it all sorted out.
I'd start cheap. Try cleaning it first. What do you got to lose?? A few minutes and a couple of dollars.
Question for ya. Isn't 30# injectors pretty small for a 347??
I just replaced the rear O2s with sensors for my F.A.S.T. Air/Fuel meter. My car is OBD1 though and I have a tune.
Good luck it's a nice tool and a cool little gizmo to play with.
Looks great. I used to have white ponys on my car. I think you can buy them new from latemodelrestoration.com but I believe they are expensive.
I know someone who runs 4:10s and a 100 shot.
I guess it just depends on your motor, suspension, tires, tranny, how much nitrous you wanna spray, and if you wanna spray right off the line or not.
No worries. I didn't take it as insulting. Like I said I know full well I am not the best driver around. lol :thumbsup
Not a problem. You'll be the first person to know if I yank them. I...
I have Eibach springs, subframe connectors, upper and lower control arms, and 245 Sumitomos HTRZ. I also have a Trickflow street burner engine package, 24# injectors/Granatelli sensor, full exhaust,...
If you wanna go more the handling route you may wanna shy away from the 3:73s. They are not bad gears and cruise nice on the interstate but as of now on 245 rear street tires I get ZERO traction in...
Thanks man!! That's an awesome deal. Unfortunately I am running 17x10.5 out back. :crying
Seriously those pricks gave you a ticket for THAT!!! :wooo
What size are they and how much??
I'm getting a set of Sumitomo HTRZs, but they are 315's and also stepping down from 3:73s to 3:55s. I can't afford a set of Nitto 555Rs. I'm not gonna expect to spray out of the hole but I'm not...
I had a set of BFG KDWs on 16x7 rims and didn't like them. They felt greasy. I wouldn't get traction till well into 2ed NA, and not till the top of 3ed with the nitrous.
I have a SCT flipchip on my '94 GT and absolutely love it. Allows me to run one tune for NA and another for my nitrous. Mine was tuned by Speedkey Perf. in Madison if your friend wants to drive.
I love having a stick in a street car, but for consistancy on the track you can't beat an auto.
If it's more of a track car then go with the auto, if your only rarely gonna race it then stay...
I have seen that pile of "junk". I'd trade my "nice" car, my '99 Acura 3.2TL "beater", and my first born (if I ever have one) for what he thinks is "junk". :wow
A friend of mine has 17x8 FR500 rims front and 17x10.5 FR500 rims rear on his foxbody with a 5-lug conversion. Same backspacing I'm gonna be running on my SN95 next spring.
LOL I got fuel injection so that shall be my excuse for my lack of carb related nitrous knowlage.
I never said a dry shot and a carb were a good idea but I'm sure they make them.
On a wet kit I'd probably switch to an electric fuel pump and regulator. Just gotta take out a little ignition...
Are you thinking dry shot or wet shot??
As long as you tune it right you should be able to run a 100 shot. Just to play it safe I would make sure your ignition system is up to snuff.
I'm...
Well sure enough. Damn I got it in my favorets as both. Hmm.
<---- :loser
I get alot of stuff like that either from 50resto.com or latemodelrestoration.com.
