I need to locate my lot corner pins for a fence permit. Anyone here a surveyor or know where I could rent a suitable metal detector for this task? I don't want to dig up my and my neighbors corners looking for a pin that may or may not even exist.
The need would be asap as my fence guy wants to start soon.
I saw this old thread too (http://www.brewcitymuscle.com/forum/...76-Land-Survey) but its all stuff I already knew. I have my plat copy that has the house on it but the measurements are kindof vague and I couldn't easily find the markers off that.

Nah, I ended up just calling a surveyor. I thought I had some time to ask here, but it turned out I needed to move faster than I thought when I posted the first one and I didn't see where I could delete the thread.Quote:
