1990 Audi 80 Quattro

1990 5 cylinder, 5 speed. All wheel drive quattro system works fine, heated seats, manual moon roof, rear defrost, power windows and locks, tilt and gauges, a/c (not sure if it works) power mirrors (glass is fogged over but power works) interior is fair, body has some minor dents but very little rust. Alloy wheels, decent tires, new tie rods, ball joints, and sway bar links, complete new tune-up, new alternator and starter, newer battery and radiator. Brakes and clutch feel fine. The bad part...it runs and drives but has a lack of power. Usually need to keep your foot in it to accelerate. Has lifter noise, does not appear to smoke, NO knocks. Weak fuel pump, possible plugged cat?? Make me an offer, I need to make some room around here and dont have time to look further into the problem. Easy fix? Parts it out?? Will post pics tomorrow...

10 valve or 20 valve?
