I just picked up a 200cc Honda that was originally built for offroad use. Has headlight and tail/brake light. No signals, no mirrors. I can easily add mirrors but most (if not all of these) had certificates of origin only and were never titled. Has anyone every titled (or looked into) something like this? Whats the logistics of doing it, big hassle or??
