Used it at Mcmillers Sunday, need to add some bags for .308 use but it has more adjustment than you could hope for!
Cant a wait to snipe ground squirrels with it, 168grain vs 1/8# rodent, should be fun!

Very nicely done. Willing to bet it cost a case of beer a few curse words and about 1/8 the price of a shelf model.

I don't know why it hadn't occurred to me to build one of these, but now I will have to. Well played sir.

Value? Read bellow its seriously a hit at the 200yrd range:
Guy at McMillers said "wow that's the nicest gun vise I have ever seen". We start talking and he knew his shit, his brother shoots Class F and he used too. He is sending pictures bye phone to his brother, he asked if it was for sale and I said EVERYTHING is for sale. I'm not gonna look to get rich but if I could make stuff I like and get paid I would be happy. How much would you ask? Decent rests are well over $250 but none other than class F stuff ($1000+) are realy that much more. I had 4hrs in it before testing, modifying and painting so probably 6hrs plus parts, works flawless as in -1/4" group 308 at 100...or keep it for gun pics!

build another one (or three). Should easily be able to ask $300 or so for it if he came to you.

I would agree $300 would be a fair asking price
