Is it flexible enough to fake system readiness tests for emmisions without cats? For off road use of coarse.
Yes. It just sets them all to good/complete. I have never actually tried passing an OBD-II emissions test. However, I do know that immediately after flashing the ecm, if you hook a regular scanner up, that is shows them all as complete and passed.
