Is it temperature controlled?

The bulding will not be heated although the floor will be insulated, so there will be no need to worry about moisture under your car. The ceiling will also be insulated so there will be no moisture gathering on the roof and dripping on your car. The building will also have monthly pest control so you will not need to worry about mice and such. This building is being constructed at this very moment and will be done by Oct 31st. The building will house 30 to 35 cars.
