Just called. There price beat everyone else I have talked too. Quality of there work looks top of the line as well. Thanks again for the referral.
Not a problem, Gino does some great hydrodipping work. Just about the only local place (Not in Chicago) that does it.
How much did they quote you? Are they going to take the gun apart? Just wondering how a "non gun" shop handles stuff like this. Do they want it disassembled? Their work does look pretty awesome!
$75. I am taking it apart and taping off what i don't want done. They will be doing all the rest. They have done guns before as well. I would do it myself but not a real fan of doing the first one on my expensive shotgun. I am taking it to them in 2 weeks once my turkey season is done.
Sweet I want to see it when done i may do my deer rifle
Please Show us some Before and after pics. I love Gun Porn!

Those guys are gonna kill our hobby of "drinking, taking shit apart and painting".
We spend $5 in paint and $8 in beer, doesnt look as cool but its fun and...well its fun!
edit: that guns way to pretty to paint, trade you a painted Remington 870 Tactical assault for it, looks meaner than the pretty wood!

Yup meaner, holds more, no sissy wood! I love that wood, looks great.

I am still looking very forward to getting my .22 complete it should be very cool, messing around and painting my marlin 22 is the most fun I have had with a gun other than shooting
I wrapped my stoegger and it looked and felt awsome but had i known it would have only cost me $50 more i would have probably had it dipped.
