^^ That was the car all us teenage geargeads gawked at in the OC area back in the mid 90's...
Thanks! was thinkin of doing that or else some of the mid 80's 442 wheels. IIRC they had a chrome set with paint accents that matched the color of my car. My dad thinks he has a set still new in the box... somewhere. Or some torq thrust II's... or .... ???decisions, decisions...
yeah, too many decisions. The gold color that they had on those g-body 442's with the chrome outer edges would be pretty cool. definitely not something you see everyday, but similar wheels to the originals.
found this on Capt. Rons cpu. he thinks this is old school muscle

^^^^ hahahahahahaha! That's great!
I thought about going with a 455 but I found up a small cc headed 350 for it that needs rebuild that I would like to have a mild build done on (Rocket Racing maybe??). The engine and trans in the car are the ones it was "born" with so I'll just pull those and build some new pieces so I can keep those original.

Yeah DynoTom that 427 SOHC is a very rare and powerfull engine! Ford was ahead of their time with a V8 overhead cam'ed engine, now they are common.
