Add another state that your concealed carry permit is good in

On Thursday the governor of Iowa will take the state from a "May Issue" state to a "Shall Issue" state....effective Jan 1st 2011. Also, Iowa is going to honor all other state's issued permits.

Now, Wisconsin and Illinois...WTF

I wished that the feds would change the laws so everyone can carry concealed. As well as the laws to be the same for everyone. Thing I hate is how all states are different when it comes to conceal carry.

You think the fed is bad, in Iowa all 99 counties had different rules. The sherriff in each county made all the decisions and each sherriff had a different idea on how to do things. The Des Moines sherriff would hand out based on whether or not you have displayed competence. Dubuque's if you only had a valid professional reason.

Yep, check the "Defense" thread. I just got my Utah permit that is good in a majority of states.
